Everyone’s talking about AI - start learning through execution
One of our Grown-Ups, Matthew Kershaw, didn’t just talk about AI, he built a daily session series and shared the lessons as he went, so others could learn alongside him.
...And he didn’t do it alone. Other Grown-Ups stepped in to help build and deliver parts of the content - bringing different expertise, perspectives and energy to the series.
What looked like “just 15 minutes a day” took serious work:

- tech hiccups
- rehearsing
- refining
(and yes — AI helped with structure and checklists).
But the real value wasn’t just in doing it. It was in bringing the learning back to the group, openly sharing what worked, what didn’t, and what he’d do differently next time.
